What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery?
If there is no one at home to accept delivery of your order, a second free delivery will be made the next day. If there is no one at home again, you will be contacted by email or phone, as the package will be stored and a second free delivery will be made, deciding the day of delivery together with you.
What if I need to refuse a package or inventory?
In the event that these unpleasant inconveniences should occur and you should therefore refuse the package you ordered, you will have to pay storage costs, which are 6 euros for each one.
Furthermore, Binomio reserves the right to no longer accept cash on delivery payments from the same customer. Therefore, from now on, you will only be able to order by paying in advance with PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
We remind you that the order tracking code is very important not only to follow and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to verify if the package is put in storage.
What happens if I don't enter the house number in the address or enter the wrong one?
If you forgot to enter the house number in your address or you entered the wrong number, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible via our WhatsApp customer service, or send us an email to info@binomionline.com, in addition, the courier will try several days to deliver it to you without success, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. Following other delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further communication.
We remind you that if the house number is not entered, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery.
What happens if I enter a name different from the one shown on the intercom or mailbox?
If you have entered a different name from the one on your mailbox or on your intercom, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible via our WhatsApp customer service or send us an email to info@binomionline.com. In addition, the courier will try to deliver it to you for several days without success, and "incorrect address/incorrect information" will be written on the tracking, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. Following other delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further communication.
