Return and Withdrawal Policy - Binomio

In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects, you have the right to exercise the return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We are happy to offer you a full refund for the products purchased, provided that the return respects the conditions listed below.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned intact, unworn or unused, complete with all labels and in its original packaging, including all parts. The return will be subject to verification by our team: if the product or packaging is damaged or incomplete, the return cannot be accepted.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for the replacement are paid by the customer, in accordance with current legislation. However, if the return is due to a defect in the product or the receipt of an item other than the one ordered, we will cover the shipping costs and arrange for the collection of the package by courier, after verifying the reported defect.

Return Procedure
To request a return, please follow the procedure below:

Send a request via email to info@binomionline.com or via WhatsApp to +39 3762303321, specifying your intention to make a return. Our confirmation is not necessary to proceed.
Download and fill out the return form available on our website.
Pack the product in its original packaging and attach the duly completed return form. Failure to send the form may result in the return not being accepted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or delayed packages.

Replacement
Once we receive the returned product, we will verify its integrity. We will promptly inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the return. If approved, the replacement will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Please note that shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
